Health and safety procedures

At Brinkhotel Zuidlaren, the health, safety and well-being of our guests and employees has the highest priority. We therefore take the developments regarding the COVID-19 virus very seriously.
In addition to Brinkhotel's extensive health and safety procedures, we also continue to adhere to the guidelines and protocols of the official bodies. Developments and guidelines, both locally and internationally, are closely monitored on a daily basis, so that Brinkhotel Zuidlaren can continuously ensure the safety and well-being of its guests and employees.

  • 1. 1.5 meter (or approximately 5 ft) distance
    Always keep a distance of 1.5 meter (5 ft) away from other guests and staff.
  • 2. Stay home
    Do you have a cold, a cough, a fever or other flu related symptoms? Please, stay at home. If we have any suspicion, you might have any flu related symptoms, we can decline your stay in our hotel.
  • 3. Follow our instructions
    Please follow staff instructions at all times, so we can guarantee a safe environment for everyone.
  • 4. Disinfection
    In the hotel lobby, near the main entrance, you can find a dispenser where you can Disinfect your hands when entering the hotel, please use it.
    All our accessible areas have a continuous cleaning schedule during COVID-19.
  • 5. Lobby policy
    We would kindly like to ask you to only access the lobby for check-ins, check-out and imported questions. Please keep the 1.5 meter or 5 feet rule in mind when accessing this area.
  • 6. No gatherings
    Even when keeping a distance from each other, gatherings of more than 3 persons are forbidden.
  • 7. Stay healthy and take the stairs.
    If possible take the stairs instead off the elevator. We have stairs to all floors available.
  • 8. Breakfast
    The breakfast will be served at your table. We ask you to closely follow the instructions off the staff. In case we are fully booked, we might have to divide breakfast in time slots.
  • 9. Diner
    Only if you are staying as a guest in our hotel it is possible to have diner in the restaurant. Please inform the staff and follow their instructions. You will be served at your table.
  • 10. Payment
    We prefer a (contactless) payment by card/credit-card
  • 11. Housekeeping
    If you want your room cleaned, please hang-up the door card, with the green side facing away from the door.
    We kindly ask you to leave your room while our cleaning staff is cleaning to maintain a safety barrier.
